Warranty: Parts for personal models will be limited to 90 days warranty on all parts. Particle cut, cross cut and high security shredders require lubrication as directed in the Operator's Manual. Failure to lubricate these systems will void the warranty. In all cases, the final authority in determining cutting system defects lies with the manufacturer, HSM of America, LLC, a division of HSM Pressen GmbH. All cutting systems must be returned to HSM of America, LLC.
